Delivery, Setup & Safety
Delivery/setup fees may apply based on distance, stairs, and access. Bounce units require a flat, clear surface and adult supervision at all times.
Weather Policy
High winds, lightning, or heavy rain may require rescheduling for safety. We’ll work with you on the best available date.
Payments & Cancellations
Deposit required to hold your date. Remaining balance due before setup. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit deposit.
